
As Activities Director at Kenyon-Wanamingo Schools, I encourage every student in grades 7-12 to participate in many of our after-school activities. We have a broad offering of athletic and non-athletic teams and clubs that students are welcome to join. We see participation in activities as education outside the regular school day. Students who participate in activities learn and improve in areas of responsibility, communication, dependability, and completing challenging goals. They also develop a sense of "belonging" that fosters school pride and respect for the students and staff at our school.
