BASEBALL: The boys had a big win over Maple River last night 1-0. They are in 1st place in the Gopher Conference with an 8-1 record. They will host Goodhue TODAY at 5:00 p.m.
C Squad will travel to Pine Island. Bus leaves at 3:15 p.m
SOFTBALL: Varsity will travel to Goodhue TODAY. Students dismissed at 2:50 p.m. Bus leaves at 3:00 p.m.
Jr. High will host Goodhue at 4:30 TODAY
COMMUNITY PLAY: Play auditions for KW Community Education's Summer play, Hello Dolly! will be held on May 1st in the auditorium. Performers aged 12- 82 are welcome to try out. Non-performing, backstage help is also needed. Audition times will be drop in any time between 6 -9 PM to sing for 30 seconds a song of your choice and read a short piece from the play then leave when your session is over. Audition flyers and applications are available in the school office or by emailing Amy Belcher at [email protected] or Randy Hockinson at [email protected]
JR. HIGH STUDENT COUNCIL: We will be hosting a food drive for 5th-8th graders starting now until the end of April. Please bring a non-perishable food item or a money donation to Mr. Reynolds' room (if you're in 5th grade) or to Mrs. Cline's room (if you're in 6th-8th grade). Please help support our local food shelf.
SENIORS: Seniors: Remember that we are accepting applications for the Kenyon Fire Department "Community Cares" Scholarship until Friday, May 3rd. Please find the application on the Seniors Google Classroom page. These applications can be turned into Shannon in the office.
