Region 1A Triple ‘A’ Award – Congratulations to Bryan Jacobson who has been selected as the Region 1A Triple ‘A’ Award Winner! Bryan will be honored and recognized at the Section Boys Basketball Championship game on March 12 at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester. On Saturday, March 28 the State "AAA" Banquet will be held at a hotel in Minneapolis along with an on-court ceremony at Williams Arena during the State Boys Basketball Championship game. Triple ‘A” Award

Elsie Braaten and Bryan Jacobson, K-W High School seniors, were selected locally to represent Kenyon-Wanamingo High School in the Academics, Arts, and Athletics Award program. Established in 1988, the Academics, Arts, and Athletics Award (Triple ‘A’ Award) is sponsored by the Minnesota State High School League. The award goes to high school seniors who have a “B” or better grade point average and who participate in League-sponsored athletic and fine arts activities. Congratulations to Elsie and Bryan on being nominated for this Award!
