Robin Finke (middle) of the Faribault Elks presented 7th grader Layla Jarvis (left) and 8th grader Cora Foss (right) with first place certificates and checks for $100 each as their essays took top honors in the Metro District level of the Elks Americanism Essay Contest. Both will now compete at the state level. Congratulations to Layla and Cora!
