School Activities Director’s Welcome
As Activities Director at Kenyon-Wanamingo Schools, I encourage every student in grades 7-12 to participate in many of our after-school activities. We have a broad offering of athletic and non-athletic teams and clubs that students are welcome to join. We see participation in activities as education outside the regular school day. Students who participate in activities learn and improve in areas of responsibility, communication, dependability, and completing challenging goals. They also develop a sense of “belonging” that fosters school pride and respect for the students and staff at our school.
Our coaches and advisors are eager to teach and develop K-W students in the following activities:
Volleyball Football Cross Country
Soccer Wrestling Cheerleading
Boys Basketball Girls Basketball Track and Field
Softball Golf Baseball
Choir Competition Band Competition Speech
Clay Target Robotics School Plays
Math Team Knowledge Bowl FCCLA
Please contact a coach, advisor, or myself if we can be of assistance in connecting to the activities at our school.
